The National International Joint Research Center for energy saving technology of fluid engineering equipment was established in 2018 with the approval of the Ministry of science and technology. Relying on the national water pump and system engineering technology research center, it is jointly built by more than 10 well-known professors from Manchester University, the National University of engineering and technology of France, Kaiserslautern University of industry of Germany and other institutions. In 2025, through the assessment, the Ministry of science and Technology awarded the "international science and technology cooperation base".
