Closely connected with the national "double carbon" strategic objectives and the development needs of green, low-carbon and energy-saving emerging strategic industries, the company focused on the new generation of low-carbon and high-efficiency pump units and intelligent systems in the fields of nuclear power, national water network, petrochemical industry, marine ships, national defense and military industry, and determined four technical directions.

Direction 1: high efficiency and energy saving design technology and product development of water pump and system

Aiming at the goal of wide range and high efficiency, artificial intelligence technology is applied to research and develop intelligent optimization design technology and software for pumps and systems, study reliability design methods for pumps under extreme conditions, and develop a series of high-efficiency low-carbon pump hydraulic models for national water network and new generation nuclear power to meet the urgent needs of the country in the fields of watershed water transfer, nuclear power engineering, water-saving irrigation, etc.

Direction 2: new materials and advanced manufacturing technology for core components of water pump units

Aiming at the problem of failure of core components of high-end water pumps in extreme environments, we developed new materials such as high entropy alloys and ceramic matrix composites, developed investment casting and laser additive manufacturing technologies, studied new processes of laser cladding and impact strengthening of 3D twisted blades of large water pumps, and developed complete sets of technologies such as unit structure, sealing, cooling and structural reliability.

Direction 3: high efficiency water pump permanent magnet motor intelligent control and system energy saving technology

Research and develop the design technology of high-efficiency pump permanent magnet motor, develop the variable-frequency and variable-speed real-time control technology of pump based on the lowest energy consumption of pump system, develop intelligent products integrating large-scale water pump, permanent magnet motor and controller, lead the upgrading of traditional water pump units to the direction of high-efficiency, energy saving and intelligence, and realize green and low-carbon.

Direction 4: intelligent green low-carbon operation and maintenance technology for the whole life cycle of pumps and systems

Integrating AI, big data and other technologies, research the theory and method of pump system sensor network and edge computing, develop real-time monitoring data system and intelligent inspection robot, establish typical fault feature database of pump unit, develop AI large model of pump unit fault identification, early warning and root cause analysis, and build an intelligent green low-carbon operation and maintenance platform of pump system.
